We'll be doing a demo in the afternoon.

East Side Pride. Saturday June 26th.
The Demo is scheduled for 2 pm at Grandview Park.
Need dancers and people to staff a table.
Surrey Pride. Sunday July
11th. Holland Park.
We're confirmed for a demo, and we'll let you know the exact time. Again
we'll need dancers and table staff.
New West Pride. August 7th.
This time they've asked us to do a demo
and then teach like we did at SFU.
This is their first pride so we want to give them a lot of support.
We had a
very successful first demo dance
at
Out on
Campus's 'Bring Your Own Gender Night'
at the
Highland Pub at SFU.
We were
the third and final acts of the evening, first showing off our skills
and finishing the evening with two squares learning some Basic moves.
During the time between the two acts, we showed off other skills as
Chuck and Nigel were the two finalists in the 'put the condom on the
banana with your teeth contest' (with Nigel coming out of top), and Mary
won the melon eating contest.
Big thanks
to all the dancers that came out: Barb, Helen, Gary, James, JP, Mack,
John, Mary, Dave, Michael, Chuck, and Nigel as well as to Grant and Will
for calling, and transporting the caller.
